1. Counselling Fees

Our initial counselling sessions are free of charge. No payment is required for the first consultation.

2. Service Fees

Any service fees paid to SATVANTA PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable once the admission process has been initiated on your behalf. This includes document processing, university applications, and visa assistance.

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel our services before any work has been initiated, a full refund will be provided. Once processing has begun, refunds are subject to the work completed.

4. University Fees

University tuition fees and other payments made directly to educational institutions are subject to their respective refund policies. SATVANTA PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for refunding university fees.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any refund disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
